Sarparai temple is based in a remote location amidst paddy fields. Abishekam to Lord Nataraja was performed on Thiruvathirai Nakshatram. The event was attended by 1000+ devotees from various parts of Tirunelveli district. Thirumurai pathigam was sung by local children group.
